Tokens of Tasmania Part 1 catalogues the miscellaneous Tasmanian tokens Roger V McNeice OAM left out of his 1969 reference Coins and Tokens of Tasmania 1803-1910, grouped by category: advertising checks and tokens, casino tokens, club tokens (including the entrance and "fruit machine" poker-machine checks issued by clubs from the 1920s to the 1940s), communion tokens, tourist tokens and replicas, and transportation tokens and passes. McNeice gives estimated values in Very Fine grade throughout, noting that genuinely extremely fine specimens are hard to find and command higher prices.
Many more of our Tasmanian titles are yet to be listed online — see our full catalogues at justtassiebooks.com/catalogues.html.
