McNeice OAM founded the Tasmanian Numismatic Society and served as Honorary Curator of Numismatics at the Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery; he holds a Churchill Fellowship for his research into coin and medal conservation and preservation.
Signed by the author, with an inscription to the previous owner.
