A collection of treasured recipes from the members of the Country Women's Association Esk Valley Group in northern Tasmania, published in 1999. The Esk Valley takes its name from the South Esk and North Esk Rivers that drain the Northern Midlands and Meander Valley — the CWA group covered the towns and farming communities of this district, an area of pastoral and agricultural land that includes Campbell Town, Ross, Longford, Cressy, Perth, Upper Blessington, Deddington, Evandale, Fingal and St Marys.

The complete surviving correspondence (1753–1782) of Daniel Solander, the Swedish-born naturalist who sailed with Captain Cook and Joseph Banks aboard the Endeavour. Edited and translated into English for the first time by Edward Duyker and Per Tingbrand, with a foreword by Alan Frost.
