This book was produced in conjunction with the Motor Yacht Club of Tasmania as a cruising and anchorage guide to the beautiful waterways of the Derwent River, D'Entrecasteaux Channel, Huon River and their tributaries.
The book features detailed anchorage guides of the areas, with detailed information on anchorages, boat ramps, navigation aids, marine farms, jetties, hydrographic contours and soundings. Hazards such as reefs, rocks, kelp, mudflats and shallow water are clearly shown. Shore based services of interest to cruising boats such as fuel, shops, toilets, post offices, phones and accommodation are also shown.
